Recovery: A return to a normal state of health, mind or strength.

Here is what recovery means: a return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength. When a person experiences a broken state of health, mind or strength . . . finding healing, experiencing recovery from that state becomes an obsession. Why is that? Why does a human being look for homeostasis? Homeostasis is: the tendency toward a relatively stable equilibrium between interdependent elements, especially as maintained by physiological processes.

Equilibrium, balance, healing, recovery, a normal state . . . what do all these concepts have in common? Hope. The fact that these words exist in our language means that they are possible for people to experience here on this earth. Although it is painful to experience disequilibrium, unbalanced lives, sickness, and the inability to recover from trauma . . . there is hope that the antithesis can become a reality in a person's lifetime!

God's word has provided for us ample examples of a Biblical Hope that transcends the dark moments that seem to plague many people's lives. This Sabbath you will witness, hear, and experience for yourselves what God can do in the life of someone that has given God what He desires most . . . the heart! Cheri Peters comes to us with a mountain of experiences between her and God. She shares from the passion that God has given her.

It's quite possible that right now, today, at this moment, you are feeling broken. Like there is no hope for your life. I can tell you that if you are still breathing . . . there is still hope. Through the ministry of Cheri Peters, my prayer is that you will sense the reality that God has called you to come today so that you can finally understand . . . God has the greatest hope to offer anyone that comes to Him.

May you this Sabbath come to the Master Jesus. May you realize that what is missing in your life is something that God can only fill, provide, satisfy. May you experience the recovery that is eternal, lasting and transformative!

So, until the next time, this is Pastor Tello reminding you that thoughts do change lives!
